Stormwater and solar farms

Minnesota has recently experienced a surge in solar-farm construction as renewable energy becomes more popular. The MPCA has developed guidance on stormwater management to address the unique characteristics of solar farms and to help designers, engineers, and contractors comply with the MPCA’s Construction Stormwater General Permit requirements.
